7,000RPM motor to get through the roughest terrain.
Good trimmer, but the guide-comb lengths could be improved.
Review title: The machine itself is good and works well. However, I found the trimming guide combs difficult to understand and, more importantly, I think the available lengths could be better suited to body grooming. In my view, guide combs are particularly useful for areas that are difficult to reach or more tender/sensitive, where having better control over the trimming length is important. The current progression of 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 4.5 mm and 6 mm seems to start too high. For a body-grooming machine, I think a shorter first setting would be much more practical. For example, something around 0.8–1.0 mm (or even 0.5–0.7 mm), followed by 1.3 mm and then around 2.1–3 mm, would provide a much more useful range. I would suggest considering a guide-comb range along these lines: • 0.8–1.0 mm • 1.3 mm • 2.1–3 mm • 4.5 mm • 6 mm I’m providing this feedback because I think it could make an already good product considerably more useful. One other point: I would genuinely appreciate knowing what happens to customer feedback after it is submitted. Is there any confirmation that feedback has been received, and do you ever let customers know whether suggestions have been considered or resulted in changes to the product? I’m happy to provide constructive feedback, but it would be encouraging to know that the feedback is actually being heard and considered.
